  1. Add a sprinkle of salt and baking soda to a pot of water, bring to a boil.
  2. Cut the potatoes into quarters.
  3. Add potatoes to water, boil until they are fork tender
  4. Drain the potatoes and let sit for a second, until they stop steaming
  5. Add butter and seasonings to the pot and shake well
  6. Throw potatoes into air fryer at the highest temperature.
  7. Check & shake potatoes every 10 minutes until desired color is achieved.
