Ingredients
- 6 Yukon Gold Potatoes
- Sprinkle of Salt
- Sprinkle of Baking Soda
- Smidge of Butter, 1 cm thick
- Desired Seasonings
Instructions
- Add a sprinkle of salt and baking soda to a pot of water, bring to a boil.
- Cut the potatoes into quarters.
- Add potatoes to water, boil until they are fork tender
- Drain the potatoes and let sit for a second, until they stop steaming
- Add butter and seasonings to the pot and shake well
- Throw potatoes into air fryer at the highest temperature.
- Check & shake potatoes every 10 minutes until desired color is achieved.
